At Town & Country Builders, we’ve refined our process to make your building journey as smooth, transparent, and rewarding as possible. With over 20 years of experience, we understand that clear communication and attention to detail are essential to bringing your vision to life. Here’s what you can expect when you build with us:

Get in touch.
Give our team a call, email or fill out our enquiry form. We will follow up with a questionnaire for you to provide as much information about you and your project so we can prepare for a catchup.

Onsite catchup.
Organise a time to meet onsite and discuss:
- Your project team.
- Your project design.
- Your ideal project spend.
- Your project specifications and selections

Design and Plan.
We work with the Architect or Building designer to provide knowledge on practical outcomes and provide budget information and timing.

Construction estimate.
We work with qualified estimators, subcontractors and suppliers to provide a detailed proposal for your project.

Acceptance.
We meet and discuss with you any changes or additions required and build trust to proceed to contract.

Signing of contracts.
Contracts are prepared for you to review and sign. (We use Master Builders or HIA contracts)
We develop or project program and arrange start dates.

Undertake construction works.
We provide access to our job management software. Arrange for regular site meetings. Communicate with you during the whole process.

Handover.
We carry out our handover process to you.
Provide all documentation for Certificate of Occupancy and warranties.

Maintenace period.
We carry out scheduled maintenance and make sure your project performs perfectly.
